Black-PA12

Black PA12

3D printing material Nylon is featured by its high impact resistance, chemical resistance and good elasticity. PA12 parts printed by Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technology has higher density and lower porosity comparing with the SLS method. They are water-resistant, and can be used for housings and enclosures. The components are embedded in the self-supporting powder during printing, and thus can produce complex assemblies without external support. PA12 has an excellent resistance to chemicals, including oils, greases, detergents, alcohols, salts, alkalis, hydrocarbons, aldehydes, and ketones. It is one of the most commonly used material for functional prototyping.

KEY BENEFITS

Strong structure with high impact resistance;
High deflection temperature;
Excellent chemical resistance;
Biocompatible: meets USP Class I-VI and US FDA guidance for Intact Skin Surface Devices.
